Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. The remainder of payment is expected at the time of treatment. 

24 hours notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Later cancellations or no shows will result in the loss of your deposit. 

Consultation forms will need to be completed prior to any new or repeated treatment. Informed consent must always be given prior to treatment. 

In the event of illness, please reschedule if symptomatic. Kate reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed that treatment will impact client’s health. 

Minimum age for treatment is 18 years old. 

Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to preceding appointments. 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used by the date on the voucher and presented at the time of treatment. 

In the event of Kate being ill, the next available appointment will be given at a mutually convenient time. 

Kate reserves the right to refuse any treatment if the client displays any aggressive, inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
